Apple Picking '14 (10 of 31)This Apple Roulade with Pecans recipe is very delicious, easy to make, and quick. I guess it really matters for busy moms like myself. I’ve been so caught up with all the kids activities lately, that couldn’t photograph or post a single recipe in two whole weeks! I’ve been cooking a lot as always, but since its getting dark earlier, I have less daylight for my photographs. By the way, this is a very valuable lesson that I’ve learned from fellow bloggers,- best pictures are those that are taken in natural light. This particular recipe was photographed in the evening with artificial lighting, so please don’t mind the quality of pictures. Apple Roulade is the one that really worth your attention. I promise, you won’t be disappointed.

Well, here I am, posting another dessert recipe, that I hope you will enjoy. We’ve picked so many apples this year, and I’m excited to share my favorite “apple” recipes with you!
