The month of July is the summer at its best! Lots of sunshine, fresh herbs, veggies, berries… My garden is overfilled with salad greens, and Peppermint. I’ve planted some peppermint last year, and now it has spread and turned into a fragrant patch. Peppermint known as an excellent muscle relaxer. That means that a cup of peppermint tea before bedtime is perfect to relax your nervous system; soothes stomach ache as well. My kids love peppermint tea with honey! Also, peppermint is a perfect burst of flavor to any summer salad or beverage.
