Apple…Feels like this fruit was created for preparing delicious pies, strudels, shortcakes…Sweet enough, juicy enough, very inexpensive, and always available.
3-4 big apples peeled and diced
1 cup sifted flour
1 cup sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease with butter 9×13 glass baking dish. Spread diced apples on the bottom of the dish.
Beat eggs with sugar on high speed until foamy.
Gradually fold in sifted flour.
Pour the batter over the apples.
Bake for about 45 minutes until golden.
Serve it hot or cold.
